Pre-Service Inspection
Before any work begins we conduct a thorough condition assessment of your vehicle's interior and exterior. This determines the appropriate service level, identifies any pre-existing damage, and ensures we're aligned on expectations before a single product touches your vehicle.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand life happens. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule request.

Deposits & Payment
A 30% deposit is required to secure appointments for premium services including ceramic coating, paint correction, paint protection film, and vehicle wraps. Deposit percentage may vary depending on service scope and materials required.

Weather Policy
Southwest Florida weather is unpredictable. Light weather is generally not an issue but heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling to ensure quality results and technician safety.
