Policies for the removal of existing film or tint, customer-supplied parts and equipment, custom fabrication, and special-order materials — including how these affect warranty and pricing.
Removal of Existing Tint, Wrap & PPF
Removal of existing window tint, vinyl wrap, or paint protection film may be required before a new installation. Removal is billed as a separate service and quoted in advance when possible. Older or degraded film may leave adhesive residue, and in rare cases prior improper installation or age can cause clear coat lifting during removal. We are not liable for damage caused by the condition of existing film or prior improper installation, and we will always evaluate and disclose risks before beginning a removal.
Customer-Supplied Parts & Equipment
You may supply your own parts or equipment for installation. However, we cannot warranty labor on customer-supplied parts, and we are not responsible for defects, missing components, compatibility issues, or failures of items we did not source. If a supplied part is missing components, damaged, or incompatible, additional labor to troubleshoot or resolve the issue may be billed at our standard rate. We reserve the right to decline installation of parts we believe are unsafe or unsuitable for your vehicle.
Custom Fabrication & One-Off Work
Custom fabrication, custom enclosures, and one-off installations are quoted individually and may involve non-standard materials, fitment adjustments, or design iterations. Custom work is covered by our standard 24-hour satisfaction guarantee for workmanship, but the unique nature of custom components means that design preferences, dimensions, or finishes may not be changed free of charge once fabrication has begun.
Special-Order & Vehicle-Specific Materials
Premium installations often require materials ordered specifically for your vehicle. These materials are committed to your service once ordered and are non-refundable. If you reschedule, any special-order or vehicle-specific materials that have already been purchased remain committed to the original service.
Wiring & Electrical Work
All 12V and electrical installations are performed by trained technicians using proper fusing, routing, and protection. We are not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, aftermarket equipment not installed by us, or vehicle firmware/software behavior outside our control. Can I buy my own parts and have you install them?
