Vehicle & Service Conditions
A few simple steps before your appointment help us deliver consistent, high-quality results. Please review these conditions so we can complete your service safely and to standard.
Remove Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle interior β including the trunk, cargo area, center console, door pockets, and under seats β before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
Pre-Service Inspection & Documentation
We document your vehicle's condition with before-and-after photography on every job. This protects you and us and ensures transparency about what was present prior to service.
Disclosing Pre-Existing Damage
Pre-existing damage β including scratches, chips, stains, fading, delamination, prior repairs, repainted panels, or existing film/tint β must be disclosed prior to service. We are not liable for damage we cannot see or were not informed about.
Aftermarket & Prior Work
Prior aftermarket installations, repainted panels, or non-OE components may affect how a service can be performed. Please disclose any prior work so we can assess compatibility and adjust our approach accordingly.
Vehicle Access
Your vehicle must be accessible for the full scheduled appointment window. If the vehicle is locked, inaccessible, or unavailable, the appointment may be subject to rescheduling and may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Pets & Safety
Please secure pets away from the work area for everyone's safety. Pet hair, dander, and debris should be disclosed so we can allocate the appropriate time and process.
We Will Always Tell You
If we identify a limitation β such as a stain that may not fully lift, clear coat too thin for full correction, or a pre-existing condition that affects the service β we will disclose it before proceeding and explain what result is realistically achievable. We will not perform a service we believe could compromise your vehicle or our standards.
